Our services include: legal, medical and systems advocacy, shelter for those fleeing intimate partner violence, information & referral, therapy and community education & awareness

Domestic Violence

All of our services are survivor centered and confidential. We can provide advocacy and support through forensic , law enforcement and prosecutorial interviews. An advocate can be available for you as long as you need. We do not put time limits on our advocacy services.

Crime Victim Services

Are you a victim of a crime? We can provide advocacy and support during the investigative & legal process. We can assist with civil protection orders, safety planning, crime victim compensation claims and provide support to family members or friends who were also impacted by the crime.

Identifying and prioritizing emergency needs
Information and referral to enhance healing and recovery
upholding crime victim's rights through the judicial systems
Assistance obtaining civil protective orders such as domestic violence protection orders, antiharassment orders, sexual assault protection orders etc..
Assistance with safety planning

Medical Advocacy

We are able to attend medical exams and appointments to support and advocate for victims/survivors that have been hurt or harmed by crime.

Legal Advocacy:

We advocate for victim's within the legal system. We advocate and support victim's/survivors during law enforcement, prosecutor and defense interviews. We provide ongoing support during and after court proceedings.

Systems Advocacy

We are able to assist clients with navigating community systems such as Child Protective Services (CPS) and Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) etc...

Information and Referral

If a service is not available through SCCDVSA, we have an extensive list of referrals available to victims/survivors of crime.
